Lucia Mondadori explores the world of abstract and sculptural vases, raw materials, organic and minimalist forms. In her workshop she creates pieces on the border between functionality and art object. The collections are born over time. Each piece is unique or made in a very limited series, entirely by hand.

The clay is of local origin and the enamels are the result of personal research. Inspiration comes from everywhere: the shores, the pebbles, the feminine forms, but also primitive and abstract art. The intersection of different cultures fascinates Lucia. His goal is to bring with his pieces a moment of contemplation and re-connection with the earth.

The Layla 2 is a unique and sculptural piece that can be used as a decorative object or as a vase. Its organic shape and texture make it a piece of art that can be appreciated for its natural beauty.

Lucia lives in Paris and works at the St Sabin workshop in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
