Deliveries are made by Colissimo. Each package is delivered to your home by hand against a signature.

Each package delivered in France is insured against loss or damage to the shipment. Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the products ordered and the place of delivery. We ship packages between 24 and 72 hours. The day after a collection is put online, this period can be extended up to 10 days.

I love a product but it is already sold out, what should I do?

We work on small quantities when we order from ceramists and manufacturers. Some products on sale at Brutal are unique copies or are produced in limited series for Brutal. They will therefore not be restocked. However, some products may be restocked. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you are interested in a sold out product.

How to track my order ?

Immediately after sending your package by us, we will send you a tracking number by email to follow the status of the order in progress.

I could not be present at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is absent during delivery, your package will be delivered to the postal contact point indicated on the delivery notice left in your mailbox. It will be kept for a period of 15 calendar days from the day after the day of filing of the notice of passage. At the end of this period, the package will be returned to us.

My package has arrived but the parts ordered are broken?

All our products are fragile, we pack them with the greatest possible care, but sometimes the carrier's handling is too rough and the products break. We invite you to take a photo of the damage as soon as you open your package and to report it to us as soon as possible by contacting us quickly.

My package arrived empty and/or the package shows damage?
