Cica Gomez is a ceramic artist based in Lyon. His work is initially guided by the search for the line. The one that takes shape when the object takes shape and places in space. The one that delimits a pictorial territory.
The enamel comes next. It is habit, effect, color, material.
Each shade is the result of research work, allowing the creation of a range of colors, obtained by association and interplay with the diversity of metallic oxides. The result is a unique mix of simple and minimalist forms, a journey, an exploration, in the multitude of details of a texture, an enamel, a sensation.
