Ceramic handmade by Benoit Audureau in France.
Benoit likes to prepare clay. A raw clay that is not denatured. His clays come from brickyards or small local potteries. These are crushed, everything that is in the clay remains in the clay. These clays after firing will reveal all their imperfections. The production is entirely based on utility and small decorative series. The pieces are covered with a white magnesium enamel fired in an electric oven at 1270 °. A white enamel which depending on the clays will reveal shades of gray, blue or green.
