Ceramic made by hand by Benoit Audureau in France.
Benoit likes to prepare soil. A raw earth that is not denatured. Its clays come from brickyards or small local potteries. These are crushed, everything that is in the clay stays in the clay. These lands after cooking will reveal all their imperfections. Production is entirely based on utility and small decorative series. The pieces are covered with white magnesium enamel and fired in an electric oven at 1270°. A white enamel which depending on the land will reveal shades of gray, blue or green.

NOTE: Like any handcrafted product, these pieces may have slight variations in shape, color and thickness. A natural patina can appear over time in contact with foods, fatty or acidic, it manifests a coloring of the enamel quivering (small cracks in the enamel which are created when leaving the oven but do not call into question the strength of the enamel)
The matte enamel can become scratched over time; it is recommended not to use a knife with this type of container.
