Crafted in the heart of Paris's 18th arrondissement, this series of pieces showcases Anne-Sophie Matrella's exploration of everyday objects. Through the form of the plate, the artist explores a pictorial approach where the floral motif becomes a variation of colorful prints.
Modeling is the very essence of her practice: each creation possesses its own singularity. Made from red and white stoneware, these unique pieces bear the imprint of the material, evolving with firing and glazing.
