Piece made by hand in the workshop of Lou Thomas in Marseille inspired by the Mexican culinary arts.
Returning from a residency in Oaxaca, Mexico, a few years ago she produced Mexican-inspired pieces. Inspired by local crafts, these pieces are imbued with the codes and know-how taught to her by the "Maestra", Mexican craftswomen.
Today, Lou Thomas collaborates with French chefs, for whom she imagines pieces in line with their cuisine.
