€75,00

Ceramics made by hand by Hèlene Maury in her workshop in the Lot.

Hélène makes pieces by hand in very small quantities, in her home workshop, in the middle of the fields, in the Lot. She shapes her ceramics in a free and spontaneous way. His sources of inspiration are: simplicity, raw materials, the beauty of imperfection, color and the wild nature that surrounds him.
All her pottery is made of stoneware and she makes her own enamels, taking care to simply use non-toxic natural materials. Mineral powders, wood ashes and some natural oxides. Its impact on the environment and the effects of manufacturing on the health of our planet and the artisan are important to Hélène. His ceramics are designed and shaped by hand, and at the moment mainly using slow and ancestral modeling techniques.
