Sandstone piece handmade by Camille Létoffé in Paris.
Camille Létoffé shapes her pieces using modeling techniques and particularly pinch and coil: colorful everyday objects and organic sculptures that leave a lot of room for texture. It is first through drawing and experimentation on paper that shapes and ranges of colors are born. Each piece is then modeled and then decorated in an instinctive and expressive gesture, thus revealing a unique landscape. Whether on paper or with clay, Camille explores the idea of the trace: of the gesture, the material and all the elements that enter into the dance.
