Hélène makes pieces by hand in very small quantities, in her workshop-house, in the middle of the fields, in the Lot. She shapes her ceramics freely and spontaneously. His sources of inspiration are: simplicity, raw materials, the beauty of imperfection, color and the wild nature that surrounds him.
All her pottery is made of stoneware and she makes her house enamels with the healthiest natural materials possible. Oak ashes collected around, some mineral powders and sometimes a little natural iron oxide to color. His ceramics are designed and shaped by hand, and with small rudimentary wooden tools, at the moment mainly according to the slow and ancestral techniques of modeling (coils, stamping, pinched, without electric lathe).
