Antonia Maria is a ceramist and currently based in Berlin. She produces small series inspired by the natural elements that surround her. Sensitive to the energy of rocks, she seeks to find a balance between different consistencies where shadow and light, emptiness and fullness to create new textures and surfaces. This quest for materials reveals infinite combinations and rich analyses.
Fuilet clay is the first clay she studied during her training in Normandy, being from the Pays-de-Loire, working a clay close to her home was obvious to her.
In parallel with her studio, she teaches ceramics through courses in turning, modeling and enamelling.

NOTE: Like any handcrafted product, these pieces may have slight variations in shape, color and thickness. Even at high temperatures, some of these clays remain microporous. These ceramics are raw and alive. Over a few days, the water can then pass through the pores of the part. To avoid staining your furniture, remove the water from the ceramics after use.
