Piece made by hand in the workshop of MANO MANI, a free and independent label run by Julie Boucherat.
In her ceramic workshop located in Biarritz, in the Basque Country, Julie imagines and shapes unique, spontaneous and symbolic pieces, and tableware. Between Japanese aesthetics inspired by the aesthetic concept of wabi-sabi and primitive African forms, his pieces are all made of stoneware with character, and his enamels made in-house. The techniques used come from modelling: coiling, pinching and stamping, which makes each piece unique.
