COLOUR : Anthracite, blue, white, and beige for the exposed earth

Microwave: Yes
Dishwasher: Yes but beware of shocks
Oven: No / avoid above 80°C
Food: Yes.
Watch out for fat on the underside of the plate. In general, it is better to rinse after use, before going in the dishwasher. Very colored foods (turmeric, beets, etc.) can leave marks on the exposed soil.
