Plate handmade by Benoit Audureau in France.
Benoit likes to prepare soil. A raw earth that is not denatured. Its clays come from brickyards or small local potteries. These are crushed, everything that is in the clay stays in the clay. These lands after cooking will reveal all their imperfections. Production is entirely based on utility and small decorative series. The pieces are covered with a white magnesium enamel fired in an electric oven at 1270°. A white enamel which depending on the earth will reveal shades of gray, blue or green.
