Piece made by hand in the workshop of Lou Thomas in Montreuil inspired by the Mexican culinary arts.
Returning from a residence in Oaxaca, Mexico, she produced the Mexican series, which included her plates and her "bouboulita" vases in chamotte stoneware. Inspired by local crafts, these pieces are imbued with the codes and know-how taught to her by the "Maestra", Mexican craftswomen.
Today, Lou Thomas collaborates with Parisian chefs, for whom she imagines pieces in line with their cuisine.
