POTRY produces small series and shapes ceramics by hand using various modeling techniques. Amélie also harvests her own soil for certain pieces.
These primitive-looking ceramics are marked by fire for those made in raku, which gives them a unique, raw and sensitive appearance.
MATERIALS : Mix of earth harvested in Maine et Loire rich in iron oxide. Addition of Loire beach sand and fine Chamotte.
COOKING : Electric at 1260°.
